Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you would like to return an item it must be returned in the same condition as it was received. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
All sale & customized items are final sale.
Returns are for store credit only.

All returns must be started within 7 days of receiving your item, no exceptions.
You must pay the shipping cost to return the item as shipping cost is non-refundable.
We will notify you once your return has been received and issue you store credit if return conditions are met.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not currently offered due to limited inventory. Please place a new order to guarantee you get your desired item.
Damaged Items
If you have a quality issue with your item, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid shipping label to mail the item back and do our best to make it right. A replacement or refund will be given of your choice. Please email us at support@shoplaneyjay.com
